Refund Policy

We do not take deposits. To confirm your place on a Community Vox event you must pay for it in full. This is only refundable if we can fill your place which we will make every effort to do. Places at Community Vox events are fully transferable: if you find you are unable to attend a Community Vox event you have already booked a place on, you are at liberty to pass your place to someone else provided you keep us informed. If your place has not been filled by the time of the event we regret that no refund will be given.

Community Vox is a not-for-profit organisation and as such we never over-charge for events. The income from every ticket sale to a Community Vox event is important to the event’s success, which is why we cannot give refunds. If you think you may not be able to attend an event you have booked a place on, please try to give us as much notice as possible to give us a good chance of filling your place.
