...began life in November 2005 at The Guildford Institute, directed by singer and conductor Anna Tabbush.
We're already enjoying a sizeable and enthusiastic membership, and our repertoire consists of contemporary and traditional songs from the British Isles and around the world. Unlike most choirs, all of the material is taught by ear - no dots whatsoever!

Anna Tabbush
Anna Tabbush has been conducting choirs since, at the age of sixteen, she was asked by her overworked music teacher to take rehearsals for her school choir. Besides her own choirs, Anna has also guest conducted and arranged music for Andover Museum Loft Singers and Alton Community Choir.

Anna also performs with several well known bands: Anna Tabbush & the Odd Socks, Meridian, The Climax Ceilidh Band and The Tabbush Sisters.
